Urgent Care: Right Care, Right Place

Urgent Care: Right Care, Right Place

We’ve all been there—an illness or injury catches you off guard, and you’re unsure where to turn. Valley Health Urgent Care, Urgent Care Express, and Virtual Visits all provide care when you need it– but there are differences in the level of care offered.

What’s the Difference Between Urgent Care and Urgent Care Express?

Valley Health Urgent Care locations provide a broader range of services, including x-rays and lab testing. If your condition requires imaging or lab work, you’ll be directed to one of these full-service locations. Urgent Care Express is ideal for minor illnesses and injuries that don’t require diagnostic testing.

Both locations treat common conditions such as:

  • Fever
  • Flu-like symptoms
  • Sore throat
  • Ear infection
  • Cough
  • Allergy symptoms
  • Insect or animal bites
  • Pink eye
  • Scrapes
  • Sports physicals

Many parents are especially relieved to know that our full Urgent Care locations have the staff and technology to perform x-rays and administer stitches!
